People should be true to oneself and unique individually. We are supposed to live alight with our own dreams, hopes, strong will and zeal for their own future. This is what we call a spirit that is alive as a human being. Every human being has inside a true self that is already shining like a hero or heroine. Let us give full play to such individuality as a hero or heroin during our whole lives during our time on earth. |

I have learned that human beings can live bravely, cheerfully, energetically, and with dignity, and that we can build such lives with our own hands. Most people are stuck in the past, and blocked from the present. The hope for people is not to abandon this past and all that is valuable in it, but to change the way we view this past so that we can be awakened in the present. I want to be able to make the most of my present life by cherishing the everyday and by placing importance on awakening to the moment. If we understand ourselves in this way, we can be are own teachers, and the next steps will follow easily. Such marvelous natural powers inside us have been waiting to come out. And when they are used, the real ability of one’s self shall appear fully and you will love yourself deeply. The wellspring of self-understanding comes from paying attention to how our minds and hearts respond to all things. Before you know it, these will be a change in how our minds and hearts respond, so that a disadvantage will turn into an advantage, and a rigid mind will become a flexible one. Even everyday uncontrollable thoughts will be understood in a positive way. Your natural abilities and your warmth will embrace the people around you, and you will undergo unforeseen changes. You will open yourself up to good fortune. You must do all of this seriously, and with real meaning. When you are rich in mind and heart, you can work with more energy, you can stand as a source of strength for your friends and family. My true hope is that you can get closer to your real self. |
